A Family Legacy
NVS Housing LLC has been a family operation for over 17 years, built on a foundation of trust and relationships laid by Natalie's mother, Vicki Rucshner. In 2021 the business was restructured under Natalie's name — a natural pivot that allowed her to expand it into two fully themed Airbnb properties and a growing portfolio of room rentals. The Spring Training side that Vicki built from the ground up? That's still hers at heart. She stays hands-on every season, and the relationships she's cultivated with MLB organizations over nearly two decades are what make that operation possible. They do this together — each bringing what they do best.

Rentals
Every January through April, Natalie and Vicki work together to procure and manage up to 45 single-family home rentals for Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals players, coaches, and staff. The relationships that make this operation run were built by Vicki over nearly two decades — and they continue to grow every season.
