A Family Legacy
This business was built on a foundation laid by Natalie's mother, Vicki Rucshner, who started it over 17 years ago. Natalie took the reins in 2021 and has grown it into what it is today — carrying forward the spirit her mom started with.
Spring Training
Rentals
Every January through April, Natalie procures and manages up to 45 single-family home rentals for Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals players, coaches, and staff during spring training season in the Phoenix metro area.
